Payroll Reports

Using Toast or ADP Workforce Now? The same reports Alice loads in your payroll system are available for Alice Administrators to download.

To access these reports:

• Log in to your Alice Administrator Dashboard
• Select Payroll Reports on the left-hand side
• Scroll to the pay date you are processing for, and click the "Download Report" button

A zip file will be downloaded to your computer. This file contains the same location-specific CSV files our team loads in payroll, including Alice deductions and reimbursements.

If we previously sent along emails for your team to load, we will skip this step going forward. With this change, the files are now available to download directly at your convenience!
