Uploading Alice files into your payroll manually
You can download the same CSV files our team loads into payroll from your Alice admin dashboard, then upload them into your payroll yourself. This is only for clients using Toast or ADP Workforce Now. Use it only when you are moving to or from a payroll platform, or when our payroll access is interrupted.
Uploading files directly to your payroll this way is not typical. Email payroll@thisisalice.com before you follow the steps in this guide.
Download the files from Alice
- Log in to your Alice Administrator Dashboard.
- Select Pay periods on the left-hand side.
- Scroll to the pay date you are processing and select Download Report.
A zip file downloads to your computer. It contains the same location-specific CSV files our team loads in payroll, including Alice deductions and reimbursements.
Other payroll platforms
If you use a different payroll platform and want these files in your dashboard, email payroll@thisisalice.com. We will check whether it is available for your platform.
