Existing client: approving the Paychex and Alice integration

To approve the upgraded Paychex integration, a Flex Admin user approves Alice's request under Company Settings > Integrated Applications. The steps take less than five minutes.

There is no charge for the upgrade. Clients who do not approve the upgraded integration are charged monthly fees after 10/30/2024. The upgraded integration lets Alice serve your employees better and saves you time.

Only a Flex Admin user can approve the integration.

Approve the integration in Paychex Flex

  1. Log in to Paychex Flex as a Flex Admin user.
  2. Go to Company Settings > Integrated Applications.
  3. Find the Alice app marked Access Requested.
  4. Select Approve, agree to the Third Party Terms of Use, and select Save.
