How do I update my address?

You can update your mailing address with Alice and ensure new Alice Cards are sent to your new address.

1. Log into your Alice Dashboard: app.thisisalice.com
2. Choose the Profile Icon in the top right corner
3. Choose "Profile"

4. Next to the Mailing address, select "Edit"

5. Enter your new address, then choose "Save"

If you don't see the option to edit your mailing address, then you may not have an active Alice Card account. You can reach out to our team to request we update your address, phone, or email.
