How do I update my address?

You can update your mailing address in your Alice profile so future Alice Cards (and other mail from Alice) are sent to the right place.

Steps

1. Log in to your Alice dashboard at app.thisisalice.com.
2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Profile.
4. Next to your mailing address, click Edit.
5. Enter your new address, then click Save.

Don't see an edit option?

If you don't see the option to edit your mailing address, you may not have an active Alice Card account. Contact our team and we'll update your address, phone, or email for you:
