Connecting Paycor and Alice

This guide explains how to set up Alice up as your pretax benefits service provider and granting third-party payroll access to Alice in Paycor for benefits administration.

Grant Payroll Administrator Access to Alice

Access User Management:
  • Log in to your Paycor account, click 'Company' in the navigation menu, then select 'User Access' and then click 'Access & Registration'


Create a New User:
  • Click on the "Add New User' button to start creating a new Payroll admin account.


Enter User Details:
Assign Permissions:
  • Select the 'Payroll Admin' role from the available options.


Send Invitation:
  • Once the user profile is complete, click 'Save' and then send an invitation email to the new Payroll admin so they can set their password and activate their account.
