I can't add my Alice Card to my mobile wallet

If you are having trouble adding your Alice Card to your phone's Apple Pay, try the following:

  1. First, double check you are entering the card number, expiry, and security code correctly. You can get these from your physical card, or for you instant card on your dashboard.
  2. If that looks correct, check that the contact information in your Apple Wallet matches what you have in Alice
    1. Go to Settings -> Wallet & Apple pay
    2. Check your Shipping Address, Email, and Phone number all match what Alice has on file for you.
    3. If you need help updating any of these, reach out to us at support@thisisalice.com.
  3. If you are still having trouble, try logging out of Apple ID and logging back in again, then re-adding your card.
