I can't add my Alice Card to my mobile wallet

If you are having trouble adding your Alice Card to your phone's Apple Pay, try the following:
- First, double check you are entering the card number, expiry, and security code correctly. You can get these from your physical card, or for you instant card on your dashboard.
- If that looks correct, check that the contact information in your Apple Wallet matches what you have in Alice
- Go to Settings -> Wallet & Apple pay
- Check your Shipping Address, Email, and Phone number all match what Alice has on file for you.
- If you need help updating any of these, reach out to us at support@thisisalice.com.
- If you are still having trouble, try logging out of Apple ID and logging back in again, then re-adding your card.
