Connecting Paycor and Alice

To connect Paycor and Alice, add Alice as a Payroll Admin user in your Paycor account. This sets up Alice as your pretax benefits service provider and grants Alice third-party payroll access for benefits administration.

You can add the user yourself. If you cannot add users, email your Paycor rep with the template below.

Add Alice as a payroll admin yourself

1. Log in to Paycor and go to Company > User Access > Access & Registration.
2. Select Add New User.
3. Enter the user details:
   • First Name: Alice
   • Last Name: Benefits
   • Work Phone: 917-336-9115
   • Email: alice@thisisalice.com
4. Select the Payroll Admin role.
5. Select Save, then send the invitation email so Alice can set a password and activate the account.

If you cannot add users, email your Paycor rep

Send the message below to your assigned Paycor rep and cc payroll@thisisalice.com.

Subject: Assistance Granting TPA Access to Alice

Hello [Paycor Rep Name],

We're working with Alice, our new commuter benefit provider, and need to grant them Third-Party Administrator (TPA) access to our Paycor account. Could you please assign their existing account as a payroll admin user for our companies, so Alice can manage our commuter benefits?

Here are the Payroll Admin User details of Alice's existing account:

• First Name: Alice
• Last Name: Benefits
• Work Phone: 917-336-9115
• Email: alice@thisisalice.com

Location(s) for which Alice needs admin access:

• [Paycor Company ID] - [Company Name]

I've cc'd the Alice team. If you need any additional information, feel free to reach out to them directly.
