Connecting Deputy and Alice

To connect Deputy to Alice, add Alice Financial as a user with the System Administrator access level. This gives Alice third-party shift access to Deputy for benefits administration.

You must be a System Administrator in Deputy to add new users with the required level of access.

Grant System Administrator access in Deputy

1. Log in to Deputy as a System Administrator.
2. Select the People tab in your Deputy dashboard.
3. Select Add People, then Add Employee.

   

4. Fill in the new user's information exactly as shown:
   • First Name: Alice
   • Last Name: Financial
   • Email: alice@thisisalice.com
   • Phone: 917-336-9115
5. For access level, choose System Administrator from the dropdown menu.

   

6. Select Save to send Alice an invitation to join Deputy as a System Administrator.
7. Email payroll@thisisalice.com once complete, so we can watch for the registration email.
