Connecting Deputy and Alice


This guide explains how to grant Alice third-party shift access to Deputy for benefits administration.


You must be an existing System Administrators in Deputy to add new users with the required level of access.

Granting System Administrator Access in Deputy

  1. Login to Deputy: Log in to your Deputy account using your System Administrator credentials. 


  2. Navigate to People: Go to the "People" tab within your Deputy dashboard. 


  3. Add new user: Click "Add People," and "Add Employee" 



  1. Enter details: Fill in the new user's information, such as name, email address, and phone number. 
    1. First Name: Alice
    2. Last Name: Financial
    3. Email: alice@thisisalice.com
    4. Phone: 917-336-9115

  1. Select access level: When setting up the user profile, choose "System Administrator" from the access level dropdown menu. 

  1. Send invitation: Click "Save" to send an invitation to Alice to join Deputy as a new System Administrator .
