Connecting 7shifts and Alice
This guide explains how to grant Alice third-party access to 7shifts for benefits administration.

Granting Manager Access in 7shifts
- Navigate to "Team" on the left-hand menu
- Click "+Add employee" in the right-hand option
- Enter the information for the Alice Admin Account
- First Name: Alice
- Last Name: Financial
- Email: alice@thisisalice.com
- Mobile number: 917-336-9115
- Employee type: Admin
- Locations: Default or administration location if it exists for your company
- Make sure the "Invite employee to 7 shifts" box is checked
- Click "Add Employee"
