Connecting Square and Alice

This guide explains how to grant Alice third-party administrator access to Square for benefits administration.

Granting System Administrator Access in Square

  1. Login to Square: Log in to your Square account using your System Administrator credentials. 


  2. Navigate to Staff: Go to the "Staff" tab within your Square dashboard. 
  3. Add team member: Naviagate to "Team," then "Team members," and finally "Add team member" 

  4. Enter details: Fill in the profile's information, such as name, email address, and phone number. 
    1. Preferred name: Alice
    2. Last name: Financial
    3. Phone number: 917-336-9115
    4. Email: alice@thisisalice.com
  5. Enter Jobs:
    1. Primary job: Administrator
    2. Pay type: None
  6. Assign permissions
    1. Permission set: Administrator
    2. Locations: All current and future locations
  7. Review
    1. Click "Done"
