Can I add my Alice Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes. You can add Alice Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Most employees do this within the first week — tap-to-pay at the farebox or parking gate is the fastest way to use Alice Card.

Add Alice Card to Apple Pay

From your Alice dashboard, open your Alice Card details and tap the Add to Apple Wallet button, then follow the prompts.

If you run into a problem, make sure you have accepted the most recent Apple/iCloud terms and conditions in your iPhone Settings, then try again.

To set Alice Card as the default for transit taps:

Open Settings.
Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
Tap Express Transit Card.
Select your Alice Card as the express transit option.

You can also add Alice Card manually:

Open Apple Wallet and tap the add (+) button.
Choose Credit or Debit Card.
Either scan your physical Alice Card or choose Enter Card Details Manually. To see the full virtual card details and CVV, open Alice Card in your dashboard and tap View Card Info in a private place.
Confirm your CVV.
Accept the terms and conditions.

Your virtual Alice Card number may differ from the number printed on your physical card. Both are tied to your account and can be used.

Add Alice Card to Google Pay

From your Alice dashboard, open your Alice Card details and tap the Add to Google Wallet button, then follow the prompts. If you run into a problem, make sure your Google Wallet (or Google Pay) app is updated to the most recent version.

To add Alice Card manually in Google Wallet:

Open Google Wallet / Google Pay.
Tap your profile picture.
Tap Bank Accounts and Cards.
Tap Add card.
Enter the Alice Card number, expiry date, CVV, and the cardholder name and billing address (the address on file with Alice).
Accept the issuer terms and conditions.
