Can I add my Alice Card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay?

Yes! You can add your Alice Card to Apple, Google, or Samsung Pay. Go to your Alice Dashboard to view your Alice Card details.

Then click the button for iPhone or Google to add the card to your wallet, and follow the instructions.  

For iPhone/Apple: If you encounter a problem, ensure you have accepted the most recent Apple/iCloud terms and conditions. You can do this from Settings on your phone, then try again. Next,

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Tap on "Wallet & Apple Pay"
3. Tap on "Express Transit Card"
4. Select your Alice Card as the express transit option

For Android/Google: If you encounter a problem, ensure your Google Play app has been updated to the most recent version.

Alternatively, to add the card to your phone's wallet manually, you can view the full card information and CVV by clicking on "View Card Info" Please be sure you're in a safe location when viewing the full card information including CCV numbers. 

Then, copy the Instant card details and paste them into Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Android Pay. Click the links (or scroll down) to review the instructions for each wallet.

Add your Alice Card to Apple Pay

Go to Wallet and tap the add (+) button.

Choose 'Credit or Debit Card

Copy your instant Alice Card number or scan your physical Alice Card details (You can also choose to 'Enter Card Details Manually')

Confirm your CVV (click "view card info" to view the CVV)

Agree to terms & conditions

Add your Alice Card to Google Pay

Open Google Pay

Tap on your Profile Picture

Tap on 'Bank Accounts and Cards'

Tap on 'Add card'

Enter the Alice Card number, expiry date, CVV, and the cardholder’s name and billing address

Accept issuer Terms & conditions

Add your Alice Card to Samsung Pay

Open Samsung Pay on your phone

Tap Menu in the top left corner

Tap 'Cards'

Tap 'Add card' (blue +card icon)

Tap 'Add credit/debit card'

Enter your Alice card details

Agree to terms and conditions
