Each pay period: Alice tracks eligible spend on parking & transit to adjust deductions based on spending history. No use‑it‑or‑lose‑it!
Cost‑neutral: Alice's fee equals your payroll tax savings, making the net cost to the company $0—no per employee per month fees, card shipment fees, maintenance or minimum fees—just high employee engagement and automated compliance with local commuter benefit laws.
