How do I stop messages from Alice?

Alice sends automated messages to help you confirm transit and parking expenses and to keep you informed about your paycheck benefits. You can stop these messages at any time.

To stop receiving messages from Alice:

• Reply STOP to any message you receive from Alice
• Text STOP to (888) 431-4355
• Contact support@thisisalice.com or call (888) 431-4355

If you stop messages, you will no longer receive spending confirmations or paycheck notifications. Your pretax benefits may still process each pay period based on your existing election settings.
