How do I stop participating in Alice?

You can stop participating in Alice at any time. Because Alice runs through your employer's payroll, ask HR to unenroll you, or ask us and we'll work with your employer.

How to stop

• Contact your HR administrator or benefits coordinator and ask to be unenrolled from Alice.
• Or text or call (888) 431-4355 or email support@thisisalice.com, and we'll work with your employer to process your request.

What happens next

• Your benefit elections will be set to zero for upcoming paychecks.
• Purchases you already confirmed this pay period may still run on your next paycheck.
• Alice will stop sending you spending confirmations and paycheck notifications.
• You can re-enroll at any time through your employer's enrollment process.

Alice doesn't control your employer's payroll or enrollment windows. If your employer only allows changes at certain times, your request takes effect at the next one.
