How do I stop participating in Alice?
You can stop participating in Alice at any time. Alice is a pretax benefits program offered through your employer, so the process depends on how your employer has set up enrollment.
To stop participating:
- Contact your HR administrator or benefits coordinator and ask to be unenrolled from Alice
- You can also contact Alice support at support@thisisalice.com or (888) 431-4355 and we will work with your employer to process your request
What happens after you stop participating:
- Your benefit elections will be set to zero for upcoming paychecks
- Any spending already confirmed for the current pay period may still be processed on your next paycheck
- Alice will stop sending you spending confirmations and paycheck notifications
- You can re-enroll at any time through your employer's enrollment process
Note: Alice does not control your employer's payroll or open enrollment windows. If your employer requires changes during a specific enrollment period, your request may take effect at the next available opportunity.
Benefit amounts are informed by the data you provide and may change each pay period per the permission you have granted. To edit your benefit amounts, log in to your Alice Employee Dashboard or contact support@thisisalice.com.
By enrolling in Alice and providing express consent, you agreed to receive automated messages from the Alice system at the mobile number you provided, on behalf of your employer's pretax benefits plan.
