Yes, if your payroll runs through one of the 30+ providers Alice supports. BambooHR is the HR system of record; Alice connects to the payroll provider it feeds.

BambooHR is an HRIS for mid-market employers and integrates with multiple payroll providers, including TriNet, ADP, and Paylocity. If BambooHR feeds a supported provider (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Paycom, Paychex, Toast, and others), Alice fits.

What BambooHR brings

BambooHR handles HRIS, onboarding, and performance management. In most setups it does not run payroll; the payroll provider does.

How Alice plugs in

Alice connects through your payroll provider, the one BambooHR feeds into. Roster sync, pretax deduction pushdown, new-hire pickup, and termination handling all happen on the payroll side. BambooHR stays the system of record for employee data.

Setup

Setup starts with one call. There is no up-front employer cost and no manual open enrollment to manage. Employees don't pre-fund. The employer keeps a reserve amount in its Alice plan account; it belongs to the employer and is not a fee.

When BambooHR employers care

BambooHR employers usually look at Alice when they are in a mandate jurisdiction, have hourly or frontline staff alongside salaried staff, or want a commuter benefit without a separate full benefits-account suite.

Alice Card

Alice Card is a Visa commercial credit card issued by Celtic Bank, powered by Stripe, with program funds at Fifth Third Bank, N.A. (Member FDIC).

Eligible spending includes transit, vanpool, and qualified parking (garages, lots, meters, and parking apps). Uber and Lyft are not eligible; vanpool services are a narrow exception.
