Does Alice connect to Justworks?

It depends on your Justworks contract structure. Justworks is a PEO, like TriNet, that bundles HR, benefits, and payroll for small and mid-market employers. Justworks typically includes commuter benefits through its own platform, so adding Alice takes coordination with Justworks. Contact sales to confirm.

How PEO commuter benefits typically work

The PEO sponsors the commuter benefit plan under the federal commuter benefit rule (§132(f)) and runs it through its benefits stack. Adding a different administrator may require coordination with the PEO.

Justworks runs commuter benefits through Optum Financial: employees place or change a monthly order by the 6th of the month, and the deduction is billed as a fixed amount on one pay cycle [1][2]. Alice Card

Alice Card is a Visa commercial credit card issued by Celtic Bank and powered by Stripe. Program funds are held at Fifth Third Bank, N.A. (Member FDIC). Eligible spending includes transit, vanpool, and qualified parking. Uber and Lyft are not eligible; vanpool services are a narrow exception.
