Mandate jurisdictions

If your Insperity-managed workforce includes employees in NYC, DC, Philadelphia, SF, LA, Berkeley, Richmond CA, NJ, or Hawaii, commuter compliance is required. Alice satisfies all of them with the §132(f) pretax election.
