How do I upload my ID for verification?

You can upload your ID directly through your secure Alice dashboard. Alice uses Stripe to verify your identity safely and protect your personal information.

Upload your ID

1. Log in to your Alice dashboard.
2. Select your profile, then Identity Verification.
3. Take a clear, well-lit photo of your government-issued ID card or passport.
4. Upload the photo and submit it for review through the secure Stripe prompt.

Make sure your ID is not expired and all text is readable in the photo to prevent delays.

What's going on

Federal banking laws require Alice to verify your identity before issuing your Visa commercial credit card. This keeps your identity secure and prevents financial fraud.

Stripe, our identity partner, checks the photo automatically. Your document photos are encrypted, and the check usually takes a few minutes.
