How can I see who is enrolled?

From your company's Alice dashboard, click into your People page. From here you'll see a list of the W-2 employees Alice is aware of (we update rosters about every two weeks).

You may see several statuses under the Enrollment column:

Enrolled

Not Enrolled

Terminated (inactive)

Ineligible (may have a duplicate account, or be ineligible for other reasons)

Suspended (furloughed, or otherwise ineligible and payroll changes may cause errors)

Opted Out (employee has advised they do not wish to enroll with Alice)


For employees still waiting for an invitation, it is likely their email address was not found in payroll. You can add their email address to payroll, let our support team know, or send them your enrollment URL (let us know if you need this).
