Tell us at least 60 days in advance. Some payroll platforms take longer than others to set up, and Alice enters deductions and reimbursements directly into payroll on your behalf. We need lead time to confirm we have connections to the new platform and to keep your team's pretax savings uninterrupted.
We don't have connections to every payroll platform, so we'll review your new provider in advance to confirm Alice can continue running there.
What to send us
Email payroll@thisisalice.com with:
- The name of your new payroll system
- The planned switch date (at least 60 days out)
From there our team will send a transition plan. With enough notice, employees won't experience any gap in their benefits.
