What if my company is switching to a different payroll system?

Please reach out to us at least 60 days in advance. 

Some payroll platforms take a little longer than others to get set up, and Alice enters benefits directly into your payroll.  We'll need a little time to ensure everything is set to go and ensure your employees don't miss out on pretax spending and savings! 

We aren't able to integrate with all payroll platforms, and we will need to review your new provider in advance to ensure we can continue offering Alice benefits once your change is made. 

Please reach out to payroll@thisisalice.com with the following details:

• The name of your new payroll system
• The date you will be switching - at least 60-days in advance

From here, our team will send you everything you need for a seamless transition. As long as Alice has enough notice, employees will not experience any interruption to their benefits.
