Getting around your Alice Admin Dashboard


Your Home Dashboard

Select the "People" tab to see the details and number of employees that are enrolled or not enrolled.  You can return to this anytime by choosing "Alice Admin" in the upper left corner.  View detailed information about employee deductions and reimbursements that Alice inputs into payroll for each Pay Period.  You can view and download Alice Invoices from your Administrator Dashboard as well! 

If you have multiple locations under your organization, you'll see these listed on your Home Dashboard.  Click on one to see details for just that location.  Return back to the Home dashboard by choosing "Alice Admin" in the upper left corner. 

People - View your current team roster

  • See enrollments in Alice
  • View your suspended and terminated employees
  • If you have any questions about your People Tab, please reach out to us.

Pay Periods - This tab allows you to view an individual breakdown for your team's Alice Savings and view Invoices associated with those pay periods. You can also download reports for employee contribution withdrawals from your Payroll Bank account!

  • Click "View Employee Breakdown" on the pay period you want to see in detail
  • You can see 
    • Download PDF versions of your invoice!
    • If you have Universal Billing set up, you will have an INVOICES tab on the left side navigation.
    • Please note - if your team has not spent any pre-tax dollars, you will not see any invoices from Alice for that pay period. You're only billed based on employee deductions.

Invoices if you have universal billing set up, you can view your invoices here.  Alternatively, view "Pay Periods" above for more details on viewing invoices.

Account lets you make adjustments to your account information. You can add an admin, edit your billing information, and see which Payroll Bank Account is connected to Alice. Please let us know if you change payroll bank accounts, we are happy to assist you in updating Alice.

Documents - review and download important documents related to Alice, including:

  • Terms and Conditions - Contract Start and End Dates for Alice Services
  • Summary Plan Description

Profile takes you to your personal profile information.

You can toggle between your Admin Account and your personal Alice Employee Account by clicking your email address in the top right corner and selecting "Switch to Employee Account."

Admins can now choose the types of emails they'd like to receive from Alice! Update your email preferences if you don't need an email for every withdrawal/payment!
