Who can use Alice?

Every W-2 employee at your company can use Alice from their first day of work. They just need to sign up and complete enrollment. We can't apply the benefit retroactively, so any commuter spending before enrollment isn't eligible. Pretax commuter benefits don't have an open enrollment period, so employees can enroll any time after they're hired.

Who is not eligible

• S-corp shareholders and their spouses
• Independent contractors and 1099 workers
• Employees outside the U.S. tax system

Alice is available across all U.S. states for employees who pay U.S. payroll taxes.
