How do I enroll?

Open the enrollment invite Alice emailed you and follow the link. The invite goes to the email address your employer has on file for you in payroll.

Already have the invite?

Select the link in your invitation, or go to app.thisisalice.com/enroll and sign up using the email address your employer has on file.

Don't have an invite yet?

Your employer can give you a direct enrollment link that lets you sign up right away without waiting. Check with your HR team. If they don't have a link handy, ask them to contact Alice and we'll provide one.

Trouble during signup?

You may see a message that your phone number or email is already in use, or that you're already enrolled when you don't think you are. If so, contact us. You may have been eligible with a previous employer, and we need to link your record to your current employer's payroll.
