How do I enroll?

Alice sends out enrollment invitation emails to employees.  This invitation will be sent to the email address your employer has on file for you in payroll.  If you've already received it, but misplaced the email - you can enroll at app.thisialice.com/enroll using the email address we have on file. 

Your employer can also provide you with a direct link to enroll with Alice if you have started and want to enroll right away, but haven't yet received your invite. Check with your HR team! 

If your employer doesn't have a link available, please have them reach out to Alice.  We can provide this to ensure all employees can get set up right away without the need to wait for an invite!

I need to change my email address or phone number. It says I'm already enrolled, but I'm not. It says my phone number is already on file.

No problem!  Please submit a request and we'll help! You may have been eligible with a previous employer, and we'll just need to check our records to ensure your information is connected to your current employer's payroll.
