Keeping your information secure is core to how Alice works. Here is what we do and what we will never do.

How your information is protected

• Alice encrypts data in transit and at rest.
• Customer data is transmitted over modern end-to-end encryption.
• Alice is PCI compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
• We do not store your card or bank login credentials in our system.
• We run regular internal and external network penetration tests.

How Alice employees access data

Inside Alice, our team accesses information only as needed to serve customers. Every team member is background-checked, monitored, and required to use two-factor authentication.

We never sell your information

Alice has no third-party marketing partners. We will never sell your information.

We will not share it with any third party unless we need to in order to deliver the service to you, or the law requires it. For example, we share what your payroll provider needs so your pretax deduction can run.
