Keeping your information secure is core to how Alice works. Here is what we do and what we will never do.

How your information is protected

• Alice encrypts data in transit and at rest.
• Customer data is transmitted over modern end-to-end encryption.
• Alice is PCI compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
• We do not store your card or bank login credentials in our system.
• We run regular internal and external network penetration tests.

How Alice employees access data

Inside Alice, our team accesses information only as needed to serve customers. Every team member is background-checked, monitored, and required to use two-factor authentication.

What about my information being sold or shared?

Alice has no third-party marketing partners. We will never sell your information. We will not share it with any third party, except where it is necessary to deliver the service to you (for example, with your payroll provider so your pretax deduction can run) or where required by law.
