Who is eligible for pretax benefits?
Pretax benefits must be offered by employers to their employees. Employees may enroll if they spend on parking or transit to commute to and from work.
The follow types of workers are eligible:
- ✅ W-2 employees
- ❌ 1099 contractors
- ❌ S-Corp owners or spouses of S-Corp owners
