When you enroll in Alice, you provide consent to receive automated messages and emails about your pretax benefits. These messages help you confirm eligible expenses, stay informed about your benefit elections, and receive paycheck summaries.
What messages Alice sends:
- Spending confirmation messages — the system may send you a message asking you to confirm that a transit or parking charge was for your commute to work
- Paycheck notifications — on payday, the system sends a message summarizing how much ran on your paycheck
- Account and enrollment emails — updates about your enrollment status, benefit changes, and policy information
How to stop messages:
- Reply STOP to any message you receive from Alice
- Text STOP to (888) 431-4355
- Contact support@thisisalice.com or call (888) 431-4355

How to stop emails:
