Am I eligible for commuter benefits?
All W-2 employees that are not S-Corp shareholders (or the spouse of an S-Corp shareholder) are eligible to use commuter benefits for mass transit and parking expenses.
If your employer is offering Alice, and you're an employee who pays taxes in the USA, you can enroll!
Who can NOT enroll?
- Independent Contractors
- S-Corp Shareholders and their spouses
- Employees who are exempt from USA Income Taxes
- Employees that are not paid on the employer's payroll platform connected to Alice
- Employees no longer at an employer offering Alice
