What if I pay cash?

Mass Transit:

The IRS does not allow cash claims for pretax spending on mass transit. We encourage you to buy your transit passes with your card connected to Alice so we can help you save.

You can buy your passes from ticket booths, vending machines, or official websites.

Parking:

If you're not able to pay for your parking expenses with the card(s) you've connected to Alice, no problem! If you have a receipt for your parking transaction, you can submit this in your Alice Dashboard. Be sure to select if you paid cash, or a card not connected to Alice - and that the receipt matches your selection!
