How do I reset my password?

If you can't log in or you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.

Reset your password

Go to the password reset page and enter the email address you used when you enrolled with Alice. We'll email you a link to reset your password. The link expires, so use it as soon as you receive it.

I don't have access to that email address anymore

If your email has changed, or you're not receiving the reset email at all, contact us. We'll verify your identity and update your email so you can log in.
