How do I log in to Alice?

You can log in to your Alice dashboard from your phone, tablet, or computer at app.thisisalice.com.

Two ways to sign in

Enter the email address your employer has on file for you in payroll (or your mobile number), then choose Log in:

• By email: we send a one-time login link. It expires in 10 minutes, so use it as soon as it arrives.
• By mobile number: we text a 6-digit code that expires in 15 minutes.

Prefer a password? Choose Log in with email and password. A password is optional; you can set one anytime from Forgot your password? on the login screen.

From the login page you can also start enrollment and switch your preferred language. Alice's help center is available in English, Spanish, and French (look for the language selector).
