What to send us
Email support@thisisalice.com or call (888) 431-4355 with:
- Your first and last name
- The email address you registered with Alice
- The name of your employer
- Your rehire date (or the date you returned to work)
What happens next
Your Alice account is still there. You can log in any time. However, you won't be able to reconnect your bank accounts or use your Alice Card until we verify your rehire date with your employer.
Why we need to re-verify
When an employee leaves payroll, Alice pauses their account and disconnects connected cards for security. Because Alice runs through your employer's payroll, we need your employer to confirm you're back on payroll before we re-enable the benefit.
If you have an Alice Card, we'll reactivate it once we've confirmed the rehire.
Alice helps you save on taxes through your paycheck, which means your employer's payroll has to be in the picture. We'll be quick on our end once we hear back from them.
Specific benefits, election rules, and run-out periods depend on your employer's plan design. Check with your HR team or plan administrator for details.
