- The email address you registered with Alice
- The name of your employer
- Your rehire date (or the date you returned to work)
Your Alice Account is still there, ready for you to log into it. However, you won't be able to connect your bank accounts or use your Alice Card until we verify the rehire date with your employer.

Why can't I reconnect my cards?
When you're inactive in your employer's payroll, Alice makes adjustments to your account. After inactivity in Alice, we disconnect your bank account (personal cards) - for your security. Because Alice works on your employer's payroll, we need to verify with them that you're eligible to enroll before you can reconnect your bank.
If you use Alice Card, we'll also reactivate this for you!
Alice works to help you save right in your paycheck. This all happens on your employer's payroll. When you're no longer on payroll we don't have a way to help you save in your paycheck. We need to verify with your employer if you've been rehired before you're able to use Alice again.
