Request Alice Card
Alice Card is a Visa commercial credit card you can use to pay for eligible transit and parking on your commute, with no out-of-pocket pre-funding.
How to request a card
- Log in to your Alice dashboard at app.thisisalice.com.
- Go to the Alice Card section.
- Follow the prompts to request a card.
You can add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay as soon as it's issued, and you can also order a physical card to your home address.
Don't see the option to request a card?
In some cases, Alice Card availability depends on your employer's setup with Alice. If you don't see a request option, contact us:
