How do I request Alice Card?
Alice Card is a Visa commercial credit card you can use to pay for eligible transit and parking on your commute, and you never pay up front.
How to request a card
- Log in to your Alice dashboard.
- Select Alice Card.
- Follow the prompts to request a card.
You can add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay as soon as it's issued. You can also order a physical card to your home address.
Don't see the option to request a card?
In some cases, Alice Card availability depends on your employer's setup with Alice. If you don't see a request option, text or call (888) 431-4355 or email support@thisisalice.com.
