Why can't I add my phone or email?
If Alice tells you the phone number or email address you're trying to use is already in use, don't worry — there's usually a quick fix. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

A few common reasons this happens
You already started enrolling with a different email address. Alice may have already created a partial record for you, so the address looks "in use" the second time you try.
You were eligible for Alice at a previous employer with the same email or phone number. That's fine — we treat email addresses as unique to people. Contact us and we'll re-associate your record with your current employer.
Another Alice user previously used the same email or phone number. Sometimes a company re-uses an email address after an employee leaves, or a phone carrier re-issues a number. If the address or number was registered to another Alice user in the past, we'll need to clear it up on our end.
In all of these cases, the resolution is the same: contact Alice support with your name, your employer, and the email/phone you're trying to use. We'll find the right record and help you finish enrollment.
