Does it matter what email address I use?

Yes. When you enroll at app.thisisalice.com/enroll, please use the email address your employer has on file for you in payroll.

Why the payroll email matters

Alice is offered by your employer, and we find you in their payroll system by email address. We can't match you by name alone — the email address is your unique identifier in payroll. The invite we send goes to that address.

What if I want to use a different email?

If your employer has provided their unique enrollment link, you can sign up with the email of your choice. In that case, be sure to enter your first and last name exactly as they appear in payroll so we can match the records.

Changing your email later

Once you're enrolled, you can ask Alice to update your email. Email support@thisisalice.com or call (888) 431-4355 and we'll switch it for you.


By enrolling in Alice and providing express consent, you agreed to receive automated messages from the Alice system at the mobile number you provided, on behalf of your employer's pretax benefits plan.
