Does it matter what email address I use?

When you enroll at app.thisisalice.com/enroll , please use the email address your employer has on file for you in their payroll system.

We aren't automatically able to find you by name, and your email address is unique in your employer's payroll. Alice is offered by your employer and we need to find you in their payroll system. Alice will send an invite to the email address your employer has on file.

If we can't find you by email address and your employer has provided you with their unique enrollment link, you can use the email of your preference. Please be sure to enter your first and last name as it appears in your employer's payroll files so we can match this up! You can enter your preferred first name during enrollment.
